About Me

Qualifications:

I am a qualified therapist from ICPPD (International College of Personal & Professional Development), completing a Bachelors in Humanistic Counselling & Psychotherapy. I am a pre-accredited member of IACP (Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy).

How I work

I work with adults navigating relationships, identity, intimacy, emotional regulation, and compulsive behaviours, including problematic technology or pornography use. Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and grounded in your real life. Together, we can explore what is happening beneath the surface, make sense of repeated patterns, and develop more sustainable ways of coping, connecting, and moving forward.

My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and affirming of neurodivergent and LGBTQI+ clients. I integrate humanistic therapy with current psychological research, practical tools, and a modern understanding of how technology, relationships, identity, and meaning shape wellbeing.
